Why MCA?
The MCA helps administrators and junior marketers evolve. We're a bunch of like-minded women, wanting some camaraderie, and to share their knowledge in a fun and judgement-free space.
Being the only female admin or marketer in the office can be a little lonely - we get it! We'll get excited about our projects together.
You work hard, people notice, but you're unsure whether you have enough real-world skills to ask for that promotion (or a raise). MCA is a fun way to grow both professionally and personally!

How does the Founding Session Work?
Are you curious about how the Marketing Coordinator Association will work?
We are planning an in-person session where we will get together and brainstorm.
You will learn a unique method of brainstorming called Design Thinking.
In a fun, fast-paced way we will brainstorm possibilities for MCA.
Time: May or June
Place: Calgary, AB (somewhere central)

MEET MCA FOUNDER & CEO
Hey, I'm Amanda!
I started my career as an energy services receptionist when I was 21. I was ambitious and climbing the 'corporate ladder'. I didn't have many female co-workers, and didn't have many people I could get excited with about my marketing ideas.
I am building MCA so more women won't have to navigate the industry alone.
I'm proof you can build a fulfilling career WITHOUT a degree - you just need to give a S#It!
I've consulted with 50+ industrial companies and there is a pattern to successful marketing - I'll teach it to you.
After 20 years in the industry, I still don't feel 100% comfortable at many networking events. MCA is a place that's geared for us - the admins and marketers.
